The Project PROVACI - Tecnologie per la PROtezione sismica e la VAlorizzazione di Complessi di Interesse culturale aims at developing sustainable methodologies and technologies to increase seismic resistance of historical buildings and cultural heritage sites. Also management and promotion of rehabilitated, historical sites are part of the project, and the themes developed intertwine in the various tasks. The Project foresees several demonstrators, located in different regions of Italy, and findings and results of the research activities performed are tested both in the proper sites and in laboratories, (samplings representing old structures have been produced for testing purpose). The demonstrators are located in the following historical sites: Convento di S.
