Stress District and University of Sannio experience energy efficiency with a real-scale demonstrator in Benevento: nZEB-Nearly Zero Energy Building

The nZEB building, which was born as a real-scale demonstrator of Smart Case research project, implemented by STRESS technological district, is one of the first tests of this kind in southern Italy, in Mediterranean climates.
